This earlier Collings build is impressive and you can feel it in your hands for sure. She is smooth and resonant. This baby sustains for days!
A few comments have to be made about the finish here! That. Back. It just doesn't get any better than that flame! And the front ain't too shabby either.
Flame Maple and body just can’t be beat. Loving the sides on this one.
The Vibramate Bigsby addition (no holes drilled) is just the cherry on top!
The Lollar Low Wind Imperial Pups are the perfect addition to this amazing instrument. Chime that is controlled clean and cutting dirty.
The fretboard is just stunning Rosewood and plays like a dream. The "C" Profile neck is great at .88 on first and .99 at twelfth.
Bill did sign the label and I think that is super cool.
Astoundingly, This baby is VERY NEAR MINT CONDITION with no real signs of use. No issues and no repairs.
She comes in Original Armitage Hard Case with warranty Card and Stoptail Bridge.
